About RDZ Motorsports – Built from Passion, Driven by Precision

After earning a degree from Elizabethtown College, Rich pursued a career in construction, but performance cars were always his true passion. In the late 1990s, while modifying his own Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, other Z owners started to take notice. They came to him not just for repairs or bolt-ons — but for the kind of detailed, knowledgeable work that was hard to find elsewhere.

That demand turned into a side business working out of his garage in Connecticut. By 2005, the name RDZ Motorsports was born. After years of late nights and word-of-mouth growth, the shop officially opened its doors in 2010.

Today, RDZ Motorsports operates out of Bethel, CT, and has earned a reputation across Fairfield County and beyond for high-end custom fabrication, tuning, and performance builds. From fully custom exhaust systems to track-prepped cars, every job is done with the same care, passion, and precision that started it all.
